Every year, Karriärföretagen names Sweden’s most attractive employers. ESBE has been named Career Company of the Year for three consecutive years – 2024, 2025 and 2026. Now we can add another award to the list.
At Stora Karriärdagen on 7 October, ESBE was named Employer Branding Company of the Year in the Bachelor of Science in Engineering category.

By highlighting employees’ experiences, showing how people thrive and grow in different roles, and emphasising an open and inclusive working environment, the company has created a presence that engages both internally and externally.
ESBE’s focus on culture, responsibility and participation contributes to an Employer Brand that attracts talent and reflects a working environment where people are given the opportunity to contribute and develop.
Earlier this year, we received more good news. In Karriärföretagen’s survey, ESBE ranked among the three most attractive employers for young engineers. Together with three consecutive Career Company of the Year awards, this year’s award is further confirmation that our long-term efforts are making a difference.
