At the heart of our operations in Central Europe stands a tight-knit team based in the Czech Republic. With a strong connection to our subsidiary in Germany and the support of the Småland-based innovation of our Swedish parent company, they ensure that ESBE’s solutions reach an ever-growing market.
The team consists of three dedicated and sharp sales professionals/technicians who work together to build trust and long-term relationships. Leading the operation is Tomas Winter, ESBE GmbH, Sales Manager Czech Republic / Slovakia, who not only manages the Czech market but also coordinates efforts across the neighboring countries served by the Czech unit.

What is the biggest future trend you see coming in your markets, that could affect ESBE product portfolio?
- We see a clear shift toward heat pumps and cooling applications. As energy efficiency becomes increasingly critical for our customers, these systems are becoming the standard in our market. We are focused on ensuring that our expertise and ESBE’s product range remain perfectly aligned with new and future needs.
