ESBE DRIVES ENERGY TRANSITION THROUGH ENGAGEMENT WITH EHPA
2024-10-01
At first glance, ESBE’s sponsorship might appear to be a traditional business relationship, but our involvement goes beyond financial support. Małgorzata Smuczyńska, Managing Director of ESBE Poland, plays an active role in the industry as a board member of EHPA, representing PORT PC (Polish Organization of Heat Pump Technology Development), where she holds the position of Vice President. Through her engagement, we strengthen our presence and influence both in Poland and across the EU.
A clear vision for the future
EHPA, with over 200 members including manufacturers, component suppliers, national associations and research institutions, is working to advance heat pump technology. Heat pumps are crucial for reducing Europe’s reliance on fossil fuels and providing energy-efficient heating solutions. Our membership is a key part of our strategy to contribute to a greener future.
Why is ESBE a member of EHPA?
At ESBE, we’re passionate about sustainability and innovation in heating systems. We’re constantly working to improve our products and reduce our environmental impact. By being active in EHPA and collaborating with our partners, we’re contributing to the green transition.
“We are pleased to be part of EHPA and to support their work towards a fossil-free future. Heat pumps are the most efficient technology for reducing the carbon footprint of heating and cooling, providing more than four times the energy efficiency of gas boilers – even in cold climates. To increase the scale of heat pump installations, we need fair regulations to drive demand for sustainable technologies. On the other hand, we need to simplify and speed up the installation process, and this is something we can address at ESBE. With our system solutions, such as smart heat pump components and ready-to-install kits (circulation units, manifold boxes and hybrid separation units), we can complement heat pump manufacturers’ offerings and support installers and the heat pump industry,” says Smuczyńska.
Being a member of EHPA allows us to influence industry development, participate in research projects, and build strong collaborations with other leading players.
