KTE412 HWC kit – easy and safe integration in hot water circulation

KTE412 is a connection set with external thread and integrated non-return valves, designed for easy connection of, for example, UPTT522 to systems for hot water circulation (HWC).
A correctly dimensioned and balanced HWC system ensures that the correct temperature is maintained throughout the domestic hot water system. This reduces the risk of legionella growth, improves comfort with immediate access to hot water, and minimizes unnecessary flushing — which in turn saves large amounts of water over time.
KTE412 is optimal together with UPTT522, but thanks to the standard G 1¼" connection, it can also be combined with VTA522 and VTA552. It is especially well suited with the UPTT500 series in larger applications where high temperature accuracy and safe operation are crucial.

KTE112 Connection kit – parallel installation for higher capacity

KTE112 is a connection kit with external thread on the system side and union nut on the valve side, developed for installing two identical thermostatic mixing valves in parallel.
In larger domestic hot water systems where high flow requirements exist, a single valve may be insufficient to achieve the desired Kvs value without compromising control accuracy. By connecting two valves in parallel, the system can reach a higher total Kvs while maintaining the high temperature precision of smaller valves.
The solution provides:
●    Higher capacity at high flows
●    Stable temperature control
●    Good performance even with varying and low flows
KTE112 is compatible with the valve series VTA522, VTA552, VTA572, VTS522, and VTS552 with G1" connection. This allows you to choose the valve that best meets your system’s requirements while building a tailored solution for larger hot water systems.
