Benoit Ducatel has a given favorite when asked to choose a favorite product. Before we tell you more about the double circulation units that make his heart skip a beat, we asked him for an energy saving tip. The answer was not quite what we expected.
Do you have any energy saving tips to share?
I believe that the water supply will be one of the great challenges of the coming decades. One third of the world’s population lacks access to drinking water. Logically, household’s showers and baths should be monitored because they account for 40 percent of our daily water consumption. To reduce water consumption, I suggest you shower with very cold water! Then the shower is shorter, which is good for the skin and sleep – and it puts you in a good mood. My favorite product is the double circulation unit series DDA. The unit is like a real Swiss army knife and is of great service in many different ways.
Tell us more about it, what kind of product is it?
This module is a 3-in-1 product. It’s prepared with a direct supply unit and a flow and temperature control unit equipped with a special motorized valve. These are mounted on a very specific manifold. Ready to install!
What’s so good about this product?
What immediately attracts attention when you see this double circulation unit kit is the format. Many of my customers have chosen this product for its very compact dimensions. Now, of course, the product’s qualities are about so much more than its measurements. Let me tell you about some smart details. Circulation unit series DDA is equipped with ESBE’s patented VRG400 valve which enables the unit to be adapted to a variety of installation sizes. On the intelligent valve is the ARA actuator placed, equipped with a Quickfit connection that makes installation very easy. Everything is thought out down to the last detail! Even the grooves in which the cables are routed have been designed so that the cables are hidden. Finally, the DDA series incorporates a very special manifold that makes it possible to super-easily activate or deactivate hydraulic separation in the manifold. By just turning a screw. You can therefore use the circulation unit regardless of whether there’s a pump or a tank on the primary circuit. Thanks to the built-in manifold, disturbing system noise can be significantly reduced when the system is pressure equalized.
Do you have any tips/areas of use for the product?
