Save energy with circulation unit series GRC200
Series GRC200 is a prefabricated all-in-one package, ready for plug and play. No tools are even needed to connect the actuator and valve thanks to a smart quick fit interface. The circulation units are supplied with double thermometer-equipped shut-off valves, check valve, high-quality insulating shell and a high efficiency circulation pump that can be controlled in eight different ways. When the system doesn’t need heat, the pre-installed controller ensures that the pump is switched off.
Four basic functions provide eight different modes
1. Pump Stop
When the valve is closed, the pump is turned off by the PWM signal
2. ΔT control (temperature difference)
When the desired flow temperature is reached, the regulator starts regulating the pump speed to achieve the given ΔT
3. Flow limit
During the regulation of ΔT, the regulator is limited to a set maximum flow value.
4. Flow control
The flow is controlled to a given value when desired flow temperature is reached.
These four functions can be combined into eighth different modes.
