From the UK to Reftele – ESBE Welcomed Installers Behind the Scenes

What is most important when choosing products for installation work? Quality, reliability and the confidence of knowing you are installing products you trust. At ESBE, customer visits are an important way for us to demonstrate how carefully every step of our process is managed — while also sharing knowledge about our products and best installation practices.
In December 2025, ESBE had the great pleasure of welcoming seven lucky winners from the InstallD event in the UK, arranged by Dominic Eves. The visiting installers included Jay Slaney from British Gas, Thomas and Georgina Clark from Asset Plumbing & Heating Ltd., Ben Torbet from Revolution Heating Ltd., Craig Gillmore from Craig Gillmore Plumbing & Heating Engineer, Liam Crossley from Bee Warm Heating & Maintenance Ltd., and Alan Rothwell from All Out Heating & Plumbing.
ESBE is always grateful for the opportunity to invite installers to Sweden and give them a closer look at what lies behind the products they work with every day. We are proud of what has been created here in the small village of Reftele — a place where innovation, engineering and long-term commitment have shaped ESBE for more than 120 years.
During the visit, the group toured the ESBE Technology Centre, where product performance and functionality are tested and verified. They also visited the factory to follow the entire manufacturing journey — from brass rod to finished product — gaining valuable insight into the precision and care behind every ESBE solution. The tour was highly appreciated and also included product training sessions with ESBE product managers, giving visitors the opportunity to ask questions and deepen their product knowledge.
Tom, Director at Asset Plumbing & Heating, shared his impression after the visit:
“I did maintenance work for over 10 years, and I feel like if these valves had been installed more widely in the UK earlier, there would have been far less maintenance work needed. They clearly last a long time, and that is definitely something we want to implement in our own business.”
