HOORAY FOR ESBE TURNING 120!

In 1906, Johan August Skogsfors founded the company Skogsfors Bruk north of the railway in the small Småland village of Reftele. And right there, north of the railway in the (now slightly larger) village of Reftele, Skogsfors Bruk still remains today. Even though the name has changed over the years, the origin is still present:
Skogsfors Bruk = S.B. = SSSS BBBB = ES. BE. = ESBE
Of course, we’ve achieved more than just a name change during these 120 years. The journey has been filled with innovation, development, and forward thinking — and we plan to keep it that way!
As a 120-year-young company, we’ve only just begun, and now we invite you to join us on our journey toward the future.
We would also like to draw your attention to our Polish subsidiary, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year! During the year, they will be organizing some local activities that we are very much looking forward to. Keep an eye on our social media so you don't miss anything.
A Flying Start to the Anniversary Year!
After finishing 2025 on a high note, we certainly didn’t want to rest on our laurels during our anniversary year. We kicked things off right at the beginning of the year by gathering our subsidiaries for a digital sales meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to align all our ideas about what ESBE stands for and how we can best communicate that to you — in a unified way that bridges both linguistic and cultural differences.
ESBE kicks off the celebratory year by gathering our sales forces and looking ahead towards the future. Jörgen, Maria and PerJohan are presenting during the sales meeting.
Mazen Ghoukeh is doing a digital presentation about the ESBE website, advertising and social media activities during the sales meeting.
We place great value on communicating our offering consistently — perhaps even more so this year. 2026 will be the year when ESBE takes a major step forward, both culturally and geographically. We are making a significant push into the North American market. The starting shot for this will be our participation at the AHR Expo in Las Vegas, from February 2–4. If you happen to be in Las Vegas then, you’ll find ESBE at booth SU2220 – you’re most welcome to visit!
In Sweden, we’ll also be exhibiting at Nordbygg, held at Stockholmsmässan in Stockholm from April 21–24. You’ll find us at booth A04:16. More information about what we’ll be showcasing at Nordbygg will come closer to the fair — so stay tuned!
