ESBE boasts a long and proud history dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. Even then, the founder Johan August Skogsfors recognized the potential in international trade. While the term "value-based selling" may not have been coined then, it is likely that he applied many of its principles in practice. The stories about him speak to the fact that he carried an intuitive understanding of the importance of creating value for his customers and building long-term relationships.
Since then, the Skogsfors family has been driving the development of ESBE into a global company with a strong export focus. Today, a full 90% of our sales come from customers around the world, primarily in Europe. Our success is the result of a combination of innovative products, close customer cooperation and long-term brand building.

✔️ The ESBE brand: Quality and reliability are key characteristics of ESBE products, which has contributed to a strong brand.
✔️ Innovative products: ESBE has a long history of developing innovative and energy-efficient products that meet market needs.
✔️ Strong European presence: Today ESBE has subsidiaries in Germany, France, Poland and Italy as well as locally employed salespeople in several countries, which facilitates sales and support in various markets. Exports account for approx. 90% of ESBE's sales, which mainly go to Europe.
✔️ Customer focus: Our employees place a strong emphasis on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that create value for customers.
✔️ Sustainability: ESBE has a clear commitment to sustainability, which is an increasingly important factor for many customers.
In 2020, ESBE was named the winner of the Export Hermes prize, an annual award presented to a Swedish company that has demonstrated exceptional results in export. The award statue proudly takes center stage in our reception.

Export boost in 2024! 🌍

Jörgen Thelin from ESBE shared his experiences of value-based sales at Beglobal's Exportboost 2024! 🌍
Together with Camilla Mattsson at Mindit - the House of Sales & Leadership, he presented what value-based selling is and how it works in practice. Jörgen highlighted the importance of committed employees throughout the company who create value for ESBE's customers in various ways. During 24 intensive hours, market trends were analyzed in collaboration with experts and the participants were able to take part in concrete tools and strategies to strengthen their export efforts.
The Export boost is an annual gathering point within the Beglobal project, where  Enterprise Europe Network, Business Sweden, EKN, Almi och Science Park, Handelskammaren Jönköpings län and Science Park Jönköpings län collaborate to develop the export business of companies in Jönköping County. Financed by Almi Jönköping, Region Jönköpings län, Region Gotland and the EU's regional development fund. The project is aimed at companies that have clear export ambitions and want to accelerate their business globally.
We thank Beglobal for giving ESBE the opportunity to participate and inspire more companies to increase their export sales!
