What does your background look like? What did you do before your employment at ESBE ?
“I am originally a trained merchant in wholesale and foreign trade. After that, many years of experience in management positions in the field of warehouse and logistics. I further trained as a specialist in warehouse logistics. Then, I read a master’s program with the qualification as certified logistics master.”

Why did you apply for the job at ESBE?
“The proximity to where I live, a pleasant working atmosphere, nice colleagues, and the opportunity to implement my knowledge to be able to make a difference.”

How long have you been working here now?
“Two and a half years.”

What does a normal day at work look like?
“I supervise colleagues in the area of picking and dispatch processing, invoice control, review of complaints, evaluation of dispatch data and work performance, as well as operational support in day-to-day business if necessary.”

How would you describe the corporate culture at ESBE?
“There is almost a familiar behavior in the departments, mostly respectful and friendly interaction among colleagues. There is also a high level of identification with the company’s values. In short, a very pleasant working atmosphere.”

What characterizes ESBE as an employer?
“I would say that there is generally a very social attitude, you get extensive support in all matters, hierarchies are flat and there is enough space for self-realization.”
