ESBE NAMED ONE OF SWEDEN’S MOST ATTRACTIVE EMPLOYERS BY WOMEN

ESBE has been named one of the companies on the Top 10 Women 2026 list compiled by Career Company (Karriärföretagen). The ranking is based on a vote among more than 28,000 students and Young professionals in Career Company’s network, where female respondents selected the employers they consider most attractive.

For ESBE, the recognition is received with both pride and humility.
The HVAC sector, part of the wider technical industry in which ESBE operates, remains largely male-dominated. At the same time, ESBE has long had a balanced distribution of women and men across the organisation. Today the company has 175 employees, of whom 90 are women and 85 men – meaning that 51 per cent of the workforce are women. By comparison, the overall figure for the industrial sector in Sweden is around 25 per cent.
That young women now highlight ESBE as an attractive employer is something we see as meaningful confirmation. At ESBE, women and men work side by side across the organisation – from engineering and production to leadership roles. It is a natural part of how the company operates and contributes to both development and innovation.
