We can always improve, even if we feel safe in what we are doing today! Because the key to success is breadth and competence. In this there is a lot of knowledge within ESBE.
So, in January, a group of salespeople, product managers, communicators, customer support and technicians met to see, learn and share with each other.
The meeting, which went by the name Together as ONE ESBE, brought together roughly 50 participants from all over Europe. They arrived at Reftele in the middle of the worst blizzard in a long time, but everything went well and all the participants could safely enter the warmth.
During the two days, many ideas and future plans were exchanged. How do we at ESBE communicate with our customers and colleagues, how do our latest product innovations work, how do you solve an installation in the smartest way and who wants to buy the products?

Workshops and discussions
The agenda for the sales meeting was broad, the participants had to choose between several different workshops, all of which were held in different meeting rooms on site at ESBE's headquarters in Reftele.
Two intense and rewarding days
New business is the lifeblood of every company
Despite many challenges, the last few years have been very successful for ESBE. We have won many new projects, listings and customers. Our sales have grown by astonishing 75% since 2020. Now we have new challenges ahead of us and the sales meeting is a great tool to prepare ourselves for new business in 2024, says CEO, Peter Cerny.

Henrik Persson, Area Sales Manager, Sweden shares his experience regarding the smallest circulation unit on the market, Series GRB300, with Tomas Winter, Area Manager,Trade Czech Republic and Slovakia. Tomas says that "there are several similarities for our different sales areas, but with a meeting like this, you can share and get many new solutions presented, usable for both new and experienced salespersons".
Uwe Burkart "I'm tired but full of inspiration," says Uwe Burkhart, who works as a Key Account Manager for OEM in Germany. “This meeting is about give and take. We all have experiences and knowledge that we can share and take back and try to embrace in our daily work”.
Per-Johan Brodén, Maria Baard and Joi Elebo : The three product managers were ready with information about new products, but also open to discussions about where and how the products can best be distributed.

"Who, if not ourselves, are the best coaches to train sales to meet the customer in the best way. Within the organization we have so many "supersalespersons", who have their own tricks and experiences when it comes to customer meetings and know-hows from challenges in various customer cases, that we can take learn from," says Jörgen Thelin, Sales Director. He encouraged all participants to listen as much as possible at each workshop and share of course - ask questions, create discussion!
"The meeting was a real success," says Hanna Felixson after concluding the ESBE Together Sales Meeting 2024, which brought a large part of the European ESBE team to Reftele for two days in January. She has been the spider in the web, arranging and planning for the meeting. "Now we are ready to meet our customers, new and former. We have had a few days together to get to know each other a little more. A great team, now looking forward to presenting ESBE and our product news, throughout this year!”
